The baltic chairs I received are gorgeous. The wood and fabric are of good quality and just as pictured. Delivery was timely and furniture was well protected. Upon inspection, one the chairs arrived with a missing floor protector. I reported the missing parts to customer service. It took a couple of weeks to get an update. The agent was very helpful and let me know parts were in the mail. I would recommend calling rather than email if you have a time-sensitive issue. All in all, I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Thank you!
