I’ve had the best experience with Denver Modern. I was disappointed at first because of lack of communication about my order (it wasn’t delivered on time and I didn’t know its whereabouts for a few days). However what happened after was the best experience ever. They reached out to me to confirm the delivery date. However I wasn’t home at the agreed time because my flight was delayed for 13 hours. They re-scheduled the delivery at no additional cost to me. Then they not only delivered, but also assembled my furniture. This was completely unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. Did I mention that the furniture looks great and is very comfortable? (I got Summit dining table, 6 Vail dining chairs and 4 Vail stools). Thank you so much, Denver Modern, way to go!
