We ordered two Vail counter stools in saddle leather with walnut trim and they are beautiful. The leather itself is gorgeous and the frame is very sturdy. After using the chairs for about five months, I had a concern about the cushion longevity. I was contacted immediately and offered a more-than-satisfactory solution. Truly, the customer service is incredible. They stand by their product.
