My order for Azelaic Acid arrived surprisingly quickly. However, I have only been using it for five days, so I haven't seen any improvement in the dark spots on my chest and hands, which is what I am using it for. it is very pleasant to use, especially since I have sensitive skin--there is no stinging or burning, no fragrance to cause irritation. There is a very slight odor, but it dissipates quickly.
