So far my experience has been great, when I have an issue they are quick to respond and help. The products are great, but limited. I started with just the personalized formula, but have since added the moisturizer. The first one I used was the ceramide moisturizer and unfortunately it made me break out. They offered me a refund and advised another type to try. The new one I have (soothing cantella gel) been using is already better- no breakouts! Yay! Feels good on my skin and I am hoping it gets better from here! I really wish there was spf incorporated into the moisturizer, but other than that no complaints!
