Perfect transaction. I placed my order over the Christmas period, there was a notification on the web site that processing would be delayed because of holidays, which was obvious but still appreciated. Excellent quality boots, which I'm completely happy with. I phoned up on receipt of my order with a question, which was answered to my satisfaction.
