Both the products and the service worthy of a recommendation. Much better quality than my previous desert boots from Matalan, which fell apart after about 6 months. OK, these ones cost about £12 more but well worth the extra - thicker soles and more solidly put together. Comfy, smart casual style that's appropriate for work but also comfortable enough for the 30 minutes walk to work if I feel like some exercise. I was so pleased with my first (tan) pair I splashed out on a second (black) pair. I didn't want to bump up the price with the cost of express delivery so I opted for the regular delivery service and still had them within 2 - 3 days of ordering.
