I ordered a pair of boots that clearly said was in stock, a few days later I received a call to say that sorry but the boots are out of stock despite the fact they was still showing as in stock on the internet but they would be with me in a few days in time for a birthday as they were a gift. After receiving no boots and no communication I decided to call and find out what was going on only to be told sorry your boots wont be here till the end of the month!!!! The boots were ordered on the 10th April. I think this company advertises boots as being in stock and then import them. I asked for a refund which I did receive quite promptly but would not advise ordering from this company to avoid disappointment.
