Delivery was quick and 2 pairs ordered for my wife were fine. However, the pair I ordered for myself did not fit (too tight), despite the fact that every size 8 I have ever bought have fitted perfectly. I telephoned and explained this, and was told that I could return them post free for a refund, but if they were deemed to be correct size on their measuring machine I would have return postage deducted from my refund. This has now happened, and I am not happy that they did not accept that I had ordered my correct size and they didn't fit. As I am now £3.50 out of pocket I will not be using them again.
