The boots I received were very clearly different colours, and one was a different texture to the other, looked like it had been on display for a while. Having taken some photos and been instructed to send them back, whilst I did receive a refund, I was disappointed to have the postage removed from my refund. The goods were faulty, so I don't feel I should have had to pay for the return postage.
