I live in a remote part of Western Australia some 3000kms from the nearest city so the boots and shoes are yet to arrive.
The customer service from Saf was outstanding, he offered alternatives when there was a mix up and he even phoned me to check up on some details. Nothing was too much trouble even though he was on the other side of the world!
He even saved me some postage costs when a I purchased a second pair! Very impressive.
