I received items ,one pair perfect, one pair sent were wrong size and returned ,contacted customer service who was un help full and rude .I returned the boots with the form indicating reason for return and request for a pair in size 7 black as size 7 and half were sent which were wrong size ,box indicated size 7 but boots didn't .after conversation with customer service who was rude un help full no action from your selves were taken ,even though she stated they had received returned pair which were paid for .
