Great service even though I made an error - they helped correct it and it didn't cause much delay. My husband loves the boots and says they are most comfortable. He and his friend had been looking for dessert boots as they were originally in the 60's and these fit the bill. I am now going to order some for his friend so they can both "go back to their youth" for a while at least!
