The service Desert Boots gave was very good. The first boots were too small and when I sent an email at the weekend I received a reply later the same day. I was advised to try a different model, so retutned the boots, requesting the others.
They arrived promptly and as advised, were a correct fit.
I had also phoned and found staff very helpful.
Many thanks to all the staff I spoke to/ emailed.
