I was extremely happy with my purchase, in the way it was handled to delivery, and the product itself was beautiful. I was pleased that I had taken the time to add the protection of the Scotch guard which was an extra peace of mind. So why not five stars, the simple reason was I had to chase up my order, but it was easy to get through and it was dispatched within the hour not sure what happened there.
