I think this company is experiencing ‘trading difficulties’. The phone is never answered and having chased up my late delivery via email, I was told firstly that ‘Royal Mail had let them down’….then, after chasing them again, that the delivery was due yesterday (the company uses registered/trackable post). Nothing has arrived. My latest email has gone unanswered. Any comment, Finn (Customer Service Manager)?
