Order Confirmation - 167478
Received my sofa/armchair on 27th November 2021. Damaged on the left arm when I removed the packaging. Baggy, shoddy folds on the chesterfield. You can see the wall through the joint on the corner part of the sofa. I have emailed and called the office on numerous occasions and not even had a courtesy call to acknowledge the issues. Just keep getting told they will escalate the complaint and somebody will call me back. Paid over £3,600.00 for this and the craftsmanship of it is an absolute disgrace. Trade and standards will be getting a call from me. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

With regards to your response, I’ve been trying to reach out to your company for over 3 weeks and it’s taken a negative review on a highly regarded public platform in order to get a any correspondence from you.

In December 2021, following on from numerous emails and telephone calls that were ignored, I finally managed to speak to management regarding my sofa/armchair who admitted that the product they supplied was shocking and that they can't understand how it passed quality control. I was told that the product needed to be recalled and replaced but as of yet this has still not happened.
I called their office yesterday to arrange a weekend collection for the recall and was told Designer Sofas 4U would not be willing to collect the items of a weekend and would expect me to take time off work during the week for their convenience - They are not even able to commit to a collection time. Diabolical customer service is an understatement.
Next step will be seeking legal advice...
