Everything went smoothly. I was told when to expect delivery, I received a more detailed date nearer the time & then a 3 hour time slot. I was contacted by the delivery men within that slot to say they'd be here in 30 mins & they were. They were very good at getting my sofa into a 2nd floor flat & knew the product well. I love the sofa, it's completely gorgeous.
