Wouldn't rate this company at all .product came which was wrong colour called soon as recieved it .got told by the contact number it was a mistake to contact customer service . which I did and the person I had spoken to told me that it was the correct chair and if I want to return it it there would be a 30 percent charge and another charge for change of colour would never recommend this company to anyone as the lady in customer services had no people skill and her attitude was terrible
