I ordered a beautiful wing back chair in December as a Christmas present to myself and my living room. I emailed asking if I could pick up the chair when I was off work and that was no problem - they called me about it straight away and organised a date. I then had problems hiring a van (I'm too young) so I rang back about delivery. They then worked so hard for me to get a delivery day when I was still off work. The delivery drivers brought my chair up one flight of stairs and into place. They were also very polite. The chair is gorgeous and of super high quality. It adds a spot of luxury and comfort to my bay window.
