We ordered a 3 seater Chesterfield Sofa in Modena Aubergine. We already had a 3 seater sofa in the same shade from an alternative company (from years ago). The sofa arrived and we instantly realised it was the wrong shade of purple; turns out Designer Sofas 4U have 2 shaded of Modena Aubergine?! We refused delivery and spoke to customer services. A replacement in the correct shade was sent and in most respects we are now very happy with the sofa. We have one complaint. The website states that the sofa is hand studded which it clearly isn't. You can clearly see that the studs are connected in a chain and glued in place. We expected hand studded to be individual studs pushed into the arms (not glued).
