Had lots of phone/online chat contact with designer sofas 4u trying to get swatches. Placed 4-5 orders for swatches over 6 weeks and they didn't arrive. I persevered and eventually received a couple. Decision was made based on one of the swatches. Paid via PayPal so felt secure. My 2 queen Anne wingback arms chairs arrived well ahead of expected delivery date with enough contact from the company to let me know what date /approximate time they would turn up. I'm delighted with my beautifully made chairs and glad I persevered through my frustrations when trying to obtain swatches. Well done to Designer Sofas 4u for creating such gorgeous furniture at a reasonable price.
