We ordered over the telephone, the lady was very polite and helpful, also sending us samples so we could choose the colours.
We decided to go to the shop and glad we did, the set up is very good and plenty of choice, in fact we changed one of the chair sizes which was not a problem. The delivery was the day and time they told us, the 2 delivery men was professional and took care with getting our chairs into the house.
Yes I would recommend Designer Sofas and already have done.
