The order was completed within the specified period and the chair appears to be of very good quality although I have only had it a few months so time will tell. It is very comfortable and elegant looking and great value for the price I paid and is the centre of attention in the room, standing out like a beacon. Everyone who sees it mentions how lovely it looks and how 'expensive' it also looks, being very classy. I would recommend these people but I do have one complaint. The material on the chair I ordered was not the one I ordered, (I ordered cheetah)but because I did not want to wait another 6 weeks for the correct one to be delivered I accepted the one they delivered. However, it does look stunning in my room being a Zebra pattern and my room of an African style, just hoping it doesn't get dirty on a regular basis being a fair amount of white in the pattern It would have been nice if they had offered some sort of compensation for the error, but they didn't. All in all though, really pleased.
