The zip on the cushion on an armchair I bought in/05/2022 I noticed had broken. I emailed customer services and got a very speedy reply. Samantha was super helpful and even though my chair was out of warranty she told me to send the cover to them and a new zip was put in and sent back to me next working day. A1 service. Thank you
