Friendly, helpful service when I placed my order by phone. Order documentation sent by email was easy to understand. Delivery was arranged in a friendly, professional and efficient way. Delivery team called me on the day to let me know they were on their way and were friendly & helpful when they arrived. My order was for a vintage-style leather armchair and it looks beautiful, even nicer than the photos on the website. Excellent, trustworthy service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
