I am very happy with the service I have received. For example not long after I ordered my items I received a call to double check that I had ordered the correct items. Prior to the order being delivered I received a text to confirm the delivery date. A few days before the actual delivery date a delivery time was confirmed. On the delivery day I was given an exact time of delivery. The chairs are brilliant, we have made a great choice in ordering from Designer Sofas 4U - such a professional company.
