I ordered my suite online around November 20, I didn't hear from DS4U for some time, I was not concerned as it was being manufactured. Once the suite was nearing completion my colour choice was confirmed. Once complete I received my delivery date that was kept, delivered on time by 2 friendly guys. I had an issue with one seating position, this was dealt with promptly and professionally by Kayleigh.
