We purchased 2 grey chesterfield chairs. When they arrived they looked fantastic until on closer inspection, we noticed some issue we were not satisfied with. However we contacted Samantha in after sales,who was very helpful and accommodating, and within a few days ,they had arranged for a technician to come to our home.He was professional, prompt and courteous, and we were absolutely delighted with them. So much so,we are considering buying the sofa version for our other room. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you very much! ?
