I have emailed customer services three times now regarding the non delivery of their leather cleaning kit. Promised delivery but just did not happen. Last 2 emails just ignored. Not impressed. Extremely poor after sales service. Taken my money but they have not fulfilled their order obligations. I will not use or recommend them in the future. Let down.
Following this review seen above the company made contact and sent me the missing item (in fact sent me two) within 48 hours. Many thanks
