Super quality product. Really helpful sales person who took my order for an item that was bespoke style and leather to match another item I had previously purchased. Highly recommended. Only thing that could have improved my experience this time was for the accounts team to have updated the driver that I had already actually made payment in full the day prior to delivery. It was embarrassing to my friend who took delivery of my wonderful chair to think that I had not paid and the driver not wishing to drop off my chair without demanding payment.
