Everything as described, they even managed to change my order for me (at my request) a few days after I placed it.
Sofa looks great - can't comment on how long the sofa will last as this is the sort of thing you buy as a long term purchase but it looks solid.
Would I use again - probably, no reservations.
Would I recommend - quite likely
Only criticism: too many to choose from on the website - makes it difficult to find what you are looking for and you can never know if you are getting the best deal.
