The true review of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I had my sofa delivered with a tiny flaw in one of the cushions. One call, one email with a picture and it was sorted! No arguing, no debate. Just an apology and a promise of a replacement cushion. Worth also noting that the ordering and delivery was also a pleasure. Drivers delivered on what was the hottest day of the year and were friendly and polite (despite lifting the sofa up to my first floor flat). Would recomend these guys to anyone (and sofa looks great and third of other chesterfields i looked at)
