Really great service. Ordered my Chesterfield armchair, which had to be hand made in antique Green. Had a phone call a couple of weeks before it was due to be delivered asking if the slot was suitable. I was emailed that day to confirm the date. I was then phoned the day before delivery giving a three hour window. This was followed up with an email and then a further call when the delivery was 45 minutes away. The staff were exceedingly efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. As for the chair - it's very well made, was delivered well covered to protect my walls and the delivery drivers took it up to my flat on the first floor. Top company, highly recommended.
