We decided to visit the showroom on Saturday to try the chair we liked before buying. Sam was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we could try the chair we wanted.
We bought the leather egg chair which looks great in our home.
Sam restored our faith in customer service and is a credit to the company. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
