Although slightly wary of buying online without viewing the product beforehand, I recently purchased 2 Chesterfield Queen Anne chairs. I needn't have worried; the chairs were delivered on time and I am absolutely delighted with the quality & workmanship involved. My later enquiry regarding a replacement seat cushion was handled personally with care and consideration by Samantha (After Sales Manager)
