I bought a sofa in April and was absolutely thrilled with it,however,in August I noticed a tiny bit of stitching loose,I contacted them and the after sales person(Samantha W)got straight back to me,the sofa cushion was returned,repaired the same day they recieved it and immediately sent back to me and I received it back the next day. I highly recommend Designer Sofas4u for the quality of their Sofas and their excellent after sales service.
