Overall really good, would use again and I have already recommended to friends and family.
Would be 5's however I'd of preferred get if I had an email with confirmation of my purchase and an update after a few weeks so I knew that the order was being progressed. I did contact customer services myself who were really helpful but some sort of email, even an automated email to give me the peace of mind that the purchase is being progressed would give more peace of mind as sofas are quite a lot of money. Other than that, really good.
