We ordered on line, then got a phone call from them to check the order details which was great because we were not sure of the colour of the studs but the lady explained and changed the order after our chat. Then regular emails with progress, then nearer the time another phone call to offer a delivery date with loads of notice so overall a very simple but efficient process and service.
