Bought a corner Chesterfield sofa, specialised to have firm cushions and taller feet as I have a back problem. The sofa was made to order and arrived when expected. I was delighted with the comfort and quality overall but there was a minor problem with one of the cushions. A replacement cushion was made and sent to me with no quibble. The after sales service from Kayleigh was second to none. Definitely recommended.
