Amazing service from beginning to end! The sales team were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The sofa bed was ready well within the guaranteed timeframe. I was particularly impressed with the delivery team, who had to get the sofa to the first floor and into an awkward, little area. I expected it to be difficult, but they were absolute pros. I have yet to test sleeping on the sofabed, but it is a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture and comfortable to sit on. I feel it was created just to my specifications, and honestly I am in love with it! Excellent out of 10!!!
