I bought a nice swivel chair from designersofas 4you. At the end it turned out that the chair was very good quality, nicely looking, comfortable. But the process of buying was quite an experience. First, the delivery time was about 4 moth. During that time I phoned several times trying to explain that I am using my transport company, based in London. Every time nobody remembered about my order and had to check and recheck. I think until the end the people fro “4you” did not get the idea and for this reason they brought the item to London and then get it back to the company. I asked them to pack it nicely, because from London the chair was supposed to be sent to Bulgaria. They did not! The transport company did it (also not very good); as a result there were scratches on the leather. The chair was rather costly.
