This review is purely based on the customer service I received from Samantha when ordering. She sorted out a problem with my order and when she noticed a further problem, she went to the trouble of calling me back and verifying whether the order was correct, by dong this she prevented me from receiving the wrong item even though the mistake in ordering had been mine. I haven't received the chairs yet as I only just made the order and therefore cannot comment on the quality of the product or the after sales service, but if the quality of service I have received so far is an indication then I will be a very happy customer indeed.
