It was a leap of faith having bought 'big ticket' furniture online for the first time without seeing the end product in advance, but the big day arrived and so did two beautiful Queen Anne chairs and Chesterfield sofa.
We did have some problems. Firstly two of the buttons popped from the sofa, and after two days the sofa cushions leather began to stretch and not spring back like the chair cushions - this got steadily worse.
I called customer services and was almost immediately put in touch with Samantha, and feeling let down was waiting for excuses and 'not our problem sir'. The response was the opposite.
Samantha dispatched a technician who on two occassions travelled some distamce to sort the buttons on the sofa - and she agreed to swap out the sofa cushions no questions asked, on recommendation from the technician
We have just been informed that the new cushions are on the way - and hopefully they won't give us the same issues. I have to say that in all dealings with Samantha, the after sales support she offered was absolutely first class, with the problems that could have turned into major issues for us after forking out £2K, having been resolved without quibble in a reasonable timeframe given the distance between us
