Beyond expectations. Quality of product and customer service shown by designer sofas4u is a benchmark other companies should strive to replicate. I ordered a wing back chair with a firm seat cushion believing because I'm 6'7" and 18 stone this would support me best. Within 48hrs a customer service agent contacted me to discuss the order and raised the choice of seat cushion firmness. After discussing this point on advice I opted to change to medium firm. Contact for delivery by text and email for delivery was excellent. Delivery on the day was of the same standard and a phonecall from the delivery driver giving an exact time of arrival was very convenient. The delivery men were very polite and professional. I'm not impressed very easily and often to my own detriment hold the bar too high. This is one company that exceeded that bar.
