Genuinely Recommended and pleasantly surprised.... I ordered two Tan Leather Chesterfield sofas online without having seen them in person first so I was really nervous about the quality. The sofas are excellent quality and we're really happy with them. The leather is soft and well fitted and the framework feels solid. We opted for the 0% finance route (provided by Close Brothers, whom we have used previously) which was really easy with all the documents being e-signed. All really easy and professional. There was a mix up where our order went missing between paperwork & manufacture so the 4 week delivery slot was missed and initially I was disappointed with the Customer Service. However, after speaking to the accounts department the issue was corrected immediately and delivery was arranged within 2 weeks. DS4U made a good will gesture which was appreciated. In total we waited 8 weeks but we are happy we stuck with the order. The delivery guys were really pleasant & helpful too which is always nice to see. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
