Really impressed! Good communication throughout, delivered bang on time. Both of my Ox Blood leather sofas are BEAUTIFUL!
Just one small reservation - the phone sales staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the products and their telephone manner wasn't great but after I'd placed my order the service was first class!
