Excellent service I couldn't have asked for anything better the process was so quick and easy. I ordered a two seater sofa online I received an email with in minutes of me ordering a few days later I received a second email to arrange the delivery date that was then followed up with a phone call to confirm the delivery date. Just two weeks later I received a phone call from the person delivering my sofa to say he was about 30 minutes away, about 20 minutes later two men arrived unpacked a beautiful vintage leather sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Both men were very helpful and polite. This was my second order I have placed with Designer sofas and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again the quality and the value for money is outstanding plus the customer service is excellent. The sofa I ordered was in stock so it was very quick to be delivered but I believe a lot of what they sell is made to order so take a little longer my first order I placed with them was for two wing back chairs and it took about two months from placing my order to them being delivered.
