Delighted with my chairs and sofa. Having originally ordered the firm cushions the customer service team were great in talking this through and glad I went for medium. The appearance is just as in the photos and the leather rich and shiny. Looks far more expensive than we paid and look like they will wear well. Was informed that it would be one delivery man and being in a flat one stair up was concerned about this but delivery was with two people who had everything delivered to my lounge it record time. Delighted
