My Dad has complex needs with the progression of his Parkinsons' Disease requiring 24-hour care. The live-in Carer that Devoted supplied was excellent from the outset. Her support of my Dad was second to none. The number of falls that he had dramatically reduced and the peace of mind for the rest of the family was palpable. For the first time in many months, his wife felt that she could actually go out for an afternoon here or there. A social work report concluded, following a visit, that the level of care that Dad was receiving was "outstanding".
